A little history of AMZ

A Little History of AMZ‬ presents early years of academic painter Omer Mujadžić when he worked as an archaeological finds illustrator. Employed in the Archaeological and Historical National Museum, from 1927 to 1931, Mujadžić left a distinctive mark on the drawings of archaeological material from the sites Novi Banovci and Vlaško Polje. On this occasion a smaller representative collection of drawing will be exhibited. Also, during his stay in the museum he painted two oil paintings - portraits of Josip Brunšmid and Victor Hoffiler, which are kept in the so-called ceremonial room on the first floor, and a lithograph with Brunšmid’s portrait, made for the memorial publication in 1928 / 29.
